How to type i stroke (ɨ)

Hold Alt and type 616 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → i stroke

Type 0268 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → i stroke

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
