Option + I, then I

Ctrl + Shift + 6, then i — or type 00EE then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → i circumflex

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 0238, release Alt.
