How to type I ogonek (Į)

Windows

Hold Alt and type 302 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → i ogonek

Type 012E then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → I ogonek

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
