How to type I double grave (Ȉ)

Hold Alt and type 520 on the numeric keypad.

Option + `, then I

Ctrl + `, then i — or type 0208 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → I double grave

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 520, release Alt.
