How to type I diaeresis acute (Ḯ)

Hold Alt and type 7726 on the numeric keypad.

Option + E, then I

Ctrl + ', then i — or type 1E2E then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → I diaeresis acute

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 7726, release Alt.
