How to type Q with accents (ɋɊ)

Windows

Mac

For common marks, press an Option dead key, then q. Example: Option + E, then q for acute. Other forms are in Character Viewer (Control + Command + Space).

Word & Docs

In Word, use Ctrl plus the accent, then q, or type the Unicode hex and press Alt + X. In Google Docs use Insert → Special characters and search the letter name.
