How to type E stroke (Ɇ)

Windows

Hold Alt and type 582 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → e stroke

Type 0246 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → E stroke

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 582, release Alt.
