How to type e circumflex (ê)

Hold Alt and type 0234 on the numeric keypad.

Option + I, then E

Ctrl + Shift + 6, then e — or type 00EA then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → e circumflex

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 0234, release Alt.
