How to type e cedilla (ȩ)

Hold Alt and type 553 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → e cedilla

Ctrl + ,, then e — or type 0229 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → e cedilla

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 553, release Alt.
