How to type E cedilla (Ȩ)

Hold Alt and type 552 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → e cedilla

Ctrl + ,, then e — or type 0228 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → E cedilla

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 552, release Alt.
