How to type U double grave (Ȕ)

Hold Alt and type 532 on the numeric keypad.

Option + `, then U

Ctrl + `, then u — or type 0214 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → U double grave

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 532, release Alt.
