How to type U diaeresis acute (Ǘ)

Option + E, then U

Ctrl + ', then u — or type 01D7 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → U diaeresis acute

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 471, release Alt.
