How to type U bar (Ʉ)

Windows

Hold Alt and type 580 on the numeric keypad.

Character Viewer → u bar

Type 0244 then Alt + X

Insert → Special characters → U bar

Click the keycap, then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.

Num Lock on, hold Alt, type 580, release Alt.
